Managing and Testing AI Responses in JeffreyAI

The AI Responses section in JeffreyAI helps you automate email replies, ensuring consistent communication with leads and supporting lead qualification. Here’s an overview of how to manage and test AI responses:

Activating AI Responses

• • Use the Switch Button to turn AI responses on or off (green indicates ON, gray indicates OFF).

• • Select from three AI Levels to determine the level of control the AI has over your email replies.

Creating AI Scripts

1. • Create AI Script: Click Create Script in the top-right corner of the AI Responses page.

• • Enter Script Details: A side column will open where you can input the script’s name and assign it to specific engagement areas.

• • Save the Script: Once complete, click Save to add the script to your AI responses list.

Alternatively, you can create Manual Scripts if you want more control over the content without AI automation:

• • Select Manual Script and draft your response.

• • Save the script once it’s configured, it’ll then automate your script once prompted by customer query.

Testing AI Responses

• • To test a script, select Test AI to see how it responds to real queries.

• • In the side panel, write a sample test email and click  Run Intelligence Test to view the AI’s reply and assess if it aligns with your expectations.

Ongoing Script Management

• • Regularly monitor and update AI scripts to maintain effective communication and accurate lead qualification.

• • Adjust scripts based on AI performance and customer feedback to improve response quality.
