To create a custom telephone number for your JeffreyAI workspace, you’ll need to set up and link a Twilio account. This integration allows you to manage phone calls, automated texts, and WhatsApp messages for enhanced customer communication. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Access Add-Ons: Go to the Profile section in JeffreyAI and select Add-Ons to enter the communications package area.

2. Set Up Twilio: Click on Create Twilio Account and follow the setup process.

   • Choose your country from the list.
   • Enter your business details in the designated fields.
   • Review and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Complete the Setup: Click Next to finalise your Twilio account creation. Afterward, you’ll be able to set up your custom telephone number.

4. Start Communicating: With your Twilio account linked, you can now make and receive phone calls, send automated text messages, and utilise WhatsApp messaging directly through your JeffreyAI workspace.
