The Products and Services section in JeffreyAI is designed to help you manage and display all your offerings in a single, organised space. This section integrates with the platform’s engagement and activity areas, making it easy to connect products with client needs, streamline outreach, and enhance customer interactions. By tagging and categorising products, your team can quickly reference relevant details during engagements and activities to improve sales efficiency.

If you select a product or service, the product or service details will appear in more detail on a side column on the right-hand side of the screen. Here you will be able to see the details in full, including extended descriptions and attachment previews.

How to Add a New Product or Service

  1. Access Products and Services: Navigate to the Products and Services section within the JeffreyAI interface. Here, you can view and manage all products and services.

  2. Create a New Product:

    • Click on the Create Product button to begin.
    • Enter a unique and descriptive name for the product in the designated field.
    • Provide a detailed description, including key features, benefits, and any additional relevant information.
  3. Save Your Product: Once all details are complete, click the Create button to add the product or service to your inventory.

You can now manage this product directly from the Products and Services section or create additional products as needed. This feature streamlines your product management, supporting your team in delivering a more efficient and effective customer experience.
