Setting up user roles & permissions

Managing user roles and permissions on JeffreyAI is a straightforward process that ensures your team members have the appropriate access to the platform. Here’s how to set it up:

1. Navigate to User Settings: Go to Settings and select Users from the menu.
2. Invite New Users: Click the Invite User button to add new members. Enter the user’s email and specify their role.
3. Assign Permissions: For each user, toggle permissions for View, Insert/Export, Edit, and Delete based on their role and responsibilities.
4. Send the Invitation: After setting permissions, send the invite. The user will receive an email prompting them to create an account.
5. Admin Management: As an admin, you have exclusive access to view and manage users within JeffreyAI. Only admins can modify user roles and permissions.

Once the invitee completes their setup, they will appear in your workspace with the permissions you’ve assigned, helping you maintain control and security over your business operations.
