Groups

The Groups section in JeffreyAI enables you to organise and link contacts, saving time by allowing you to send messages to multiple contacts simultaneously. Here, you can manage groups, view member details, and link groups to specific engagements for streamlined communication and outreach.

Viewing and Managing Groups

When you open the Groups page, you’ll see a list of your current groups, including:

• Group Name
• Number of Members in each group
• Linked Engagements

Each group entry can be edited at any time by selecting the Edit button next to the group name, allowing you to adjust group details as needed.

Creating a New Group

To create a new group in JeffreyAI, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Groups: From the main menu on the left side of the dashboard, select Groups.
2. Click Create Group: At the top right of the Groups page, click Create Group.
3. Name Your Group: In the side column, enter a descriptive group name (e.g., “Winter Offer”). The group name is required to save your group.
4. Link to an Engagement: From the Add to Engagement drop-down, select an engagement if you’d like this group associated with a specific engagement immediately.
5. Add Contacts: Scroll through your contact list or use the search bar to find and add contacts. Click the checkbox next to each contact’s name to include them in the group.

Once you’re satisfied, click Save to create your new group. You can cancel at any time if you need to stop creating the group.

Group Details Page

Selecting a group takes you to the Group Details page, similar to the Contacts page, but showing only the members of that specific group. Here, you can:

• View and manage the list of contacts in the group.
• Use search and filter tools to quickly locate specific contacts within the group.
• Double-click on a contact to view further details, such as related activities and sales information, streamlining how you track engagement.

By following these steps, you can create, organise, and manage groups within JeffreyAI effectively, enhancing communication with linked contacts and ensuring seamless engagement for specific projects or campaigns.
